I recently wrapped up 5 EVOX sessions with Kitty. This technology kind of blows my mind a bit. It’s a little hard to give a proper testimonial because I didn’t have a huge epiphany or any kind of immediate shift. BUT, I just feel…better, maybe lighter. I feel it in a more gradual and subtle kind of way, yet it is noticeable. I had some thoughts I was fixating on with certain life events that happened to me and while I still notice them, it’s not as frequent and I’m no longer fixating on them. I can let those things go more easily, or redirect my thoughts more easily. Letting go and redirecting is something we worked on in my sessions, so my sessions were a success!
Kitty is very knowledgeable about her craft and she’s really great at helping you learn how to shift your mindset on all kinds of subjects. I plan to do more sessions in the near future so that I can dig in even more. Thank you, Kitty!
