Our Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the cancelled session.
- If you are more than 15 min late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, the cancellation fee will be waived and we will work with you to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient for you.
