We do not honor cancellations or refunds of programs.

You may choose to reschedule or cancel your appointments via the link in your appointment confirmation email up to 48 hours in advance. Please contact us at KittyCoyCO@gmail.com for any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

Our Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the cancelled session.
- If you are more than 15 min late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, the cancellation fee will be waived and we will work with you to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient for you
